The OCEAN is the POTION to all my COMMOTION.
a sacred practice of healing water traumas, overcoming fears, and/or expanding on your competency and comfort from the shore to deep water.

OCEAN MENTORSHIP:
Do you avoid the ocean due to a traumatic experience?
Are you only able to get in the ocean if someone is with you?
Do your fears cause you to panic in the ocean and breathe shallow and fast?
Want to learn how to "read" the ocean and develop a relationship with her?
Did someone in your childhood project their fear around swimming onto you?
Want your keiki to have a meaningful relationship with the ocean from a young age?
Do you struggle to surrender to the Ocean's natural flow?
Have you forgotten how to tap into your inner-child play...your fearless fun...in nature?

Meet your mentor:
Jess Liddle
In a spiritual sense, Jess carries powerful water codes & teachings. She showcases the importance of relating with the Ocean with reverence, humility, and sincere curiosity. Healing traumas heals the waters. It is an honorable and profound task, one that Riddle does not take lightly.

In a more practical and grounded sense, Jess is an adept water-woman and has helped countless people with compassionate and attuned support. She works at a speed that is nurturing to one's nervous system while offering an invitation to lean into the discomfort of facing fears.
With Jess's guidance, your relationship with the Ocean will deepen on a spiritual & practical level. You will notice growth and greater comfort in the water and a transformation in your life.
Jess is a creature of the sea and will help you remember,

you are too.

Jess has a Masters in Education and years of experience in education. She's a self-proclaimed "keiki-whisperer" and takes the title of role-model/mentor with great regard.
Mentorships are entirely catered to each individual's unique needs. Riddle will choose appropriate beaches that would best support your process....this includes starting in rivers or even pools if the trauma is severe and requires a more predictable body of water.

The honu is jess's aumakua.
Honu means "swimming with grace."
Main teaching: AHONUI, which means patient perserverance.
