Music:
A newer avenue of expression, but one that runs through my veins. The piano, specifically, is a most cathartic release, often leaving me with streams of tears down my face. When words fail to come, when I choke on emotion, the piano has my back. Though I only began playing...literally *playing* with the keys...in the Fall of 2020, I find immense comfort with the vastly diverse combination of sounds available, a true teacher of infinite possibilities.

"Morning Morgan" - January 2022
Inspiration: For my beloved seastar, Morgan, on her 25th birthday. The intention with this song was to front-load Morgan's morning with a series of powerful words that would set an empowering, spiritual precedent for her journey that day.
Process: One-take, improvised channel with the piano and affirmations. Voice is deeper due to the upload, but my intuition guided me to leave it, even though it doesn't sound like me!
"Zum Geburtstag Hannah" - May 2022
Inspiration: For my blood sister....on her 24th birthday.
Process: I saged the space, called in my angels, as well as my sister's angels, and set the intention of Bringing through a peaceful, calm song to which Hannah could study. Then, I smoked a bowl and played this piece in one-take. I consciously visualizing Hannah's face with a beaming smile while playing.
